FITNESS IN THE PARK
Join us for our summer Fitness in the Park series! All of our outdoor classes take place at Grant Park located at 8243 Hahn Street in Utica. You can enter the park from either Hahn Street or Nancy Street. Classes typically take place near the pavilion closest to Nancy Street. Prior to participation, completing the registration form and COVID self-screening agreement is mandatory. The registration form and COVD self-screening agreement can be found by clicking here. You can join us on a class-by-class basis for $8.00 per class, or, you can purchase a 10 class punchcard that is good for all of our classes and never expires for $60. You can even share your card with a friend or family member! Class options can be purchased by clicking here.
MONDAY
6:00 PM TABATA WITH KRISTIN
This full body, calorie torching class alternates 20 seconds of high intensity all out effort with 10 seconds of rest. You'll use body weight and dumbbells to increase both muscular strength and muscular endurance. You don't want to miss this high intensity interval training sweat session! Class is suitable for all levels of fitness and modifications are available.
7:00 PM ZUMBA® WITH SUZI
Get ready to dance yourself into shape! Zumba® is an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, international dance-inspired, calorie-burning fitness-party™ that will leave you wanting more! Dance your way to a body you love!

6:00 PM POUND WITH ANDREA
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this rockin’ full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired moves. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way to workout! This class is designed for all fitness levels.
7:00 PM CARDIO PUNCH AND TONE WITH ANDREA
This high-energy class fuses kickboxing with toning exercises for a full-body workout! In this class, you’ll perform a variety of body-weight exercises as well as use lightly weighted dumbbells to sculpt your muscles! Join us for this combination cardio and toning workout as we sweat to energizing music.

6:00 PM FITNESS FUSION WITH TY
This swear dripping, full body workout fuses strength training and cardiovascular endurance exercises to sculpt and tone your body. You'll use dumbbells, body weight and a variety of accessories to burn calories and gain muscle. This class is accessible to all levels of fitness. Modifications are available.
7:00 PM BARRE WITH JULIANA
Barre is a combination of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. In this 55 minute class, you will use light weights, a yoga mat, a gliding disc, resistance bands, and a chair for balance. During the class, you’ll work in different ranges of motion. We’ll do a lower number of reps, but in a shorter range of motion creating a burn that will build muscles and endurance and torch calories! This class is come as you are! No fancy shoes, socks, or equipment is needed. Bring your water, your determination, and your smile as you crush that lest set!

When your body needs next level training it’s time to advance to Boot Camp Conditioning. This circuit workout commands power, strength and agility. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, and lift your way to a full-body workout. If you’re ready to push your limits, this 55-minute sweat session is for you.
