MONDAY 5:30 AM

AMPD WITH CHEREKA

Set to heart-pumping music, this class creates a fun, energetic workout combining interval training and resistance band movements for a full body sweat session! This class is accessible to ALL levels of fitness and modifications are available.

MONDAY 6:00 PM (VIRTUAL ONLY)

SWEAT, STRAIN, SMILE WITH JANINE

This full body, calorie torching class alternates 20 seconds of high intensity all out effort with 10 seconds of rest.  You'll use body weight and dumbbells to increase both muscular strength and muscular endurance.  You don't want to miss this high intensity interval training sweat session! Class is suitable for all levels of fitness and modifications are available.

TUESDAY 6:00 PM

STRENGTH & CARDIO CIRCUIT WITH ANDREA

This 60 minute strength and cardio class combines a variety of body weight, dumbbell, and auxiliary equipment exercises in a circuit format!  Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Class is accessible for all levels of fitness and modifications are always available.

WEDNESDAY 6:00 PM

POUND WITH TINA

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this rockin’ full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired moves.  Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way to workout!  This class is designed for all fitness levels.

WEDNESDAY 7:00 PM

YOGA WITH ERIKA

This class is open to all levels. Class will focus on learning the basics for proper alignment of yoga postures and how to move between the postures by utilizing breath. You’ll have many opportunities to use props or try different variations of the poses in order to find what works best for your body!

THURSDAY 5:30 PM (VIRTUAL ONLY)

CARDIO DANCE JAM WITH CHEREKA AND XAIRE

Join this mom and daughter team for a cardio dance jam with a bit of old school step thrown in! Get your heart pumping with some amazing music and a lot of energy from Xaire and Chereka !This class is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness! This is definitely a class you won't want to miss!

SUNDAY 9:00 AM

FITNESS FUSION WITH TINA

This sweat dripping full body workout fuses strength training and cardiovascular endurance exercises to sculpt and tone your body! You'll use dumbbells, body weight, and a variety of accessories to burn calories and gain muscle.  This class has a strong focus on form...come ready to learn! This class is accessible to all levels of fitness.  Modifications are available.
