Whether you're 8 or 80, in perfect health or with injuries, an elite athlete or fresh beginner, at your goal weight or 100+ pounds away, our trainers are skilled in designing research-based programs to meet YOU where you are. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, welcoming. results-based environment to all who walk through our door.
I have been at Zellador for over 6 months now and have lost 20lbs!! If you want to get serious about working out and learning the correct way of doing it this is the place for you! You aren’t just another paycheck to them, The team of trainers care about you and your health journey. Right now Ty is my personal trainer and every session I come out feeling amazing about myself. He knows how to push but not over push. I love that my workouts are personalized for what I really need and I’m learning how to do it so I can continue them the rest of my workout week with or without Ty. They truly do make you feel like family and it’s my favorite way to start off my day. I highly recommend this to everyone all ages!

Zellador is a down-to-earth, welcoming family, where prices are low, service is top-notch, there's a great variety of classes with awesome teachers, and you won't be ashamed to show up in ugly workout clothes.Â
I put off joining a gym for YEARS, afraid of being the uncoordinated chub-flub in class, hurting myself because I didn't understand equipment and was afraid to ask for help...or...let's face it, spending time and money doing un-fun things just because they were good for me. Silly me-- I love this place and look forward to every visit!
