No matter where you are in your journey, we are committed to helping you achieve the best version of you.  Our individualized programs combine strength training, cardiovascular exercise, nutritional guidance, and wellness coaching to teach you how to successfully overcome the barriers of weight loss you've previously encountered.

Whether you're trying to lose a large amount of weight, put on some muscle, lose a few pounds, rehab an injury or simply "work on you," our diverse group of trainers can create a personalized program to meet your needs.

Our one-on-one personal training sessions are offered in both hour and half-hour sessions.  When you work with a  ZellaDor trainer, you can expect to receive a complimentary initial consultation, fitness assessments to determine measurements, weight, and body fat, individualized personal training sessions, programmed workouts for days you don't meet with your trainer, nutritional recommendations and more.
